BACKUP CAMERA INSTALLATION – 12/24V Direct Power

This installation allows the Camera to be powered via an adapter into any available 12/24V socket.

When installed as directed, the camera image will always appear on the monitor screen as long as

both are receiving power.*

1. Remove the hard wire power attachment from the Camera

2. Remove your license plate.

3. Determine the best route for the Camera Cable from the top of your license plate to the inside

of the vehicle. You may need to drill a small hole in the panel behind where the license plate is

situated.

4. Take the Camera and run the cable through the Rubber Ring Grommet, then from the outside of

your car to the inside. Pull the cable through so that there is a small amount of slack and you can

still move the Camera around the license plate.

5. Attach to the wire the 12/24V Adapter Attachment found in the installation kit. Make sure the

connectors are pressed tightly together.
